On this project, we provided the full package, which included removal of the existing bath and replacement with our Duporth Hi-Lo Assisted Bath in our most popular size – 1700x750mm.
The original bath was out of operation due to faulty parts, but due to the high cost of replacing these, it was deemed it more effective to replace the full bath.
Whitby Court asked us to keep the same specification as the previous bath, but wanted it to be simpler for the staff to operate. A few key features of our model stood out to the client:
- The chair and Hi-Lo function are controlled by a simple handset, which means the full cycle can be achieved using one button.
- The shower flow and temperature are both controlled using the taps.
- TMV3 temperature regulator valve fitted to ensure correct temperature for the user
We’ve had great feedback from the care team and management on the quality and straightforward operation of the bath and how stunning it looks in the already beautiful bathroom. We think our new design panels compliment the room perfectly!
We conducted a full handover and training to the care team on the day of installation so they could put the bath to good use immediately.
