On this project there were a few factors to take into consideration, including available space, different user needs and integration with other equipment.
We started off with a site survey, and discussed the needs with the management team. Further to this, we compiled some different options so the client was able to choose what would suit them best.
Their chosen configuration was to use our Duporth Hi-Lo Assisted Bath, in it’s smallest size (1500x700mm), along with a ceiling track hoist system and over bath stretcher.
This allowed them to utilise the space as efficiently as possible and cater to the varying needs of their users. Those with good mobility were able to bath themselves, while those with more restricted mobility could be hoisted into the bath and still enjoy the therapy of the bath.
